I lived in San Diego for 13 years.
Thanks to the open atmosphere peculiar to the west coast and friends with diverse cultures, I became openly involved with people.
From this experience, I would like to expand communication that accepts each individuality to Japan.

1.Overseas experience

ボクシンググローブ
I had been doing karate, kickboxing, jujutsu, and bujutsu.

From martial arts, I learned how to relax, how to arrange the axis, and the relationship between mind and body.

I gradually removed my restrictions and stereotypes and live freely as I am, and became myself to be able to be on the side of myself and my loved ones in any situation.

From this experience, I think martial arts is effective to build up people's own axis.

3.Learning from cancer survivors

The common point for those who show recovery unexplained in modern medicine have is "They are absorbed in their own wishes enough to forget about their illness."
On the other hand, "people who have a habit of thinking to blame themselves or care about their surroundings and their illness all the time" or "people who suppress their true intentions and work hard to force themselves to behave positively" are difficult to recover.

From this experience, I focus on the treatment of looking at people instead of illness and support finding their soul's desire lies deeper behind their stress.
